Visitors interested in publishing any of Megan Coyle’s artwork in blogs, websites, online articles, printed articles, papers, magazines, etc. are responsible for contacting Megan and asking permission for publishing artwork. It is also asked that publications include a link or mention of Megan’s online portfolio, www.megancoyle.com or provide the copyright statement listed above.

Any user who duplicates electronically or in printed form, re-transmits, redistributes or otherwise uses material on this website shall be solely responsible for any violations of copyright, proprietary or other personal right, including libel or slander, or any other personal injury, and hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Megan Coyle harmless from any loss or damage, including attorneys fees, arising out of any claim or proceeding instituted on the grounds that any of the foregoing rights have been violated.

Proprietary Rights

You agree that Megan Coyle owns all legal right title and interest in the artwork on this site, including any intellectual property rights.

The images that appear on this site are owned by Megan Coyle and the photographs of art, other images, and logo can’t be used unless you’ve received written permission from Megan Coyle.

Artwork Disclaimer

When Megan’s artwork is purchased, buyers must recognize that it’s their responsibility to take the necessary steps to further protect the work. Megan is not responsible for any damage that occurs to the artwork once it’s in the buyer’s possession, and is not liable to refund the art. Touch-ups (for a fee) can be arranged by contacting Megan.

Refunds & Exchanges

Megan can only offer a full refund for undamaged artwork that has been in possession of the buyer for no more than seven days. Artwork must be in the same condition it was when delivered to the owner.

Donation of Services

When Megan’s collage services are donated to an auction (services good for one portrait, etc.) her services are available for up to two years after the auction. After that time, she is unable to fulfill the project due to the increases in the price for her work over time.

Changes to the Terms

Megan reserves the right to make changes to the Terms of Service from time to time.
